This 3-tier Topsy Turvy white cake with Oreo’s and cream filling was created for a party celebrating my grandmother’s 90th birthday (Nana), my great uncle’s 90th birthday (Uncle Joe) and my cousin’s 30th birthday (Emily). My family asked me if I had been drinking when I made this one….It’s supposed to be topsy turvy! The cake was covered in fondant, and decorated with a sugar paste bow and stars.
