drama, impromptu acting

no Japanese today but went to school early for Japanese project. my group is super slow. we do not have communication problems, its just that we couldn't think of an idea that suits the project.

had a drama workshop today. we are having unplanned acting. it means u are given a sentence to start the act then you have to come up with ideas to let the acting go on or someone start with a sentence and you have to act along.

i feel that you have to forget yourself during acting. let what you act as take over you. even though you may seem stupid in the act or come up with some bad ideas, don't feel embarrassed. it's just part of acting. in fact, i feel i look like some dumb there. i like Tim1(that 'US guy'/'mushroom') action. his idea is creative and he just act what he want. hahas =) he's a super funny man!

i hope projects will end soon. the Japanese and psychology project and other works are killing me! i cant take it. i prefer solo work!! i like to do some things on my own and i don't like to do things in one big group. in my class, the girls like to do things together!! i just don't understand... having meals, going to toilet, going anywhere, they are in a group! maybe I'm the one who have problems being in a group, not them. maybe i should change my mindset. i don't know. i just feel I'm the odd one sometimes..

had Japanese test today.. =/ quite a lot i don't know.

i feel that I'm very stupid. in secondary school i can perform so well and now i feel that i am under performing because others are doing better. i know that there's a smaller number of people in secondary school compared to poly, but i expect myself to do much better than others!! =( guess i got to work a lot more harder. be the top few.

during lunch, we celebrated Sabrina's birthday with a slice of cake and a small ice-cream. her goody good friend bought that for her. the rest of us just sang birthday song and took photos as a class.

had workshop for psychology. this time was paper cutting. we had about an hour plus to come out with something then we got to present it to the class what is it about.

let me explain.
the colourful part on the right is when we had fun, happiness and everything we got in our life. while the black part which shows 2 fallen trees tells that our life could fall apart sometimes and it seems so bleak. i put trees because they can be very strong, standing on the ground but sometimes with just a typhoon or lightning strike, it goes down. then, the ocean is in the middle. in the ocean, there are many things unknown. it tells us that life is just like the ocean. we discover many things along the way. in fact, upon closer look at the ocean, there are actually a lot of penknives mark. it means that there are some things we did in our life and it left a mark there. but no matter how, we should not have any regrets! =)

Japanese lesson. then lunch.

anyway, today no psychology. we are having a workshop!! went to create music. like those DJ thingy. create our own music. I'm super bad at it. my music doesn't seem to have any link and it doesn't flow. i had piano, drums and shakers. weird combination and it definitely doesn't work out. i wanted to have orchestra strings because i love the sound. but i have a hard time continuing it!! in the end, i got pissed at myself for being so dumb.. guess I'm not talented in music. =/

YEA no piano today. i don't know why. 2 weeks had pass. still no piano and homework not done

japanese presentation

oh my.. i screw up my Japanese presentation. i got nervous and kind of tremble. my mind went blank half way through the presentation. when i practice at home, it went perfectly well. guess that i need to practice speaking in front of the audience.

ate lunch at Mensa. i didn't know there's this canteen.

no psychology for lecture today. tutorial all the way. what we did today is to think stupid question. i can't think!! stupid questions like why is the sand brown? why is secondary school smaller than polytechnic? to me, this isn't stupid question. there's a reason behind everything!! sort of 'struggle' through the lesson because i don't really get it. also, i kept talking with my friends. anyway, glad that lecture last only 2 and half hour rather than 3 solid hours! thanks to the lecturer who let us off earlier!

dang. more projects are yet to come. also, i thought there wouldn't be more reflection thingy given but now, we got to do a refelctive journal for psychology. other than that, Japanese test is on thursday!! DPA is killing me!



i didn't know how did i create that post below yesterday.. i was watching bleach and i felt very sad after looking at something then pooof out came that post. it really describe all my feelings at that moment.

anyway, yesterday is yesterday. today is today. =) i'm back to my normal self again! =)

yesterday i just set up my new wardrobe which i had bought last week. my dad went overseas so he didn't construct it till yesterday.

today i completed my Japanese presentation. FINALLY!! i had a hard time doing it. researching and other stuff.. poly life is tough after all! no time to maple ever since i started lesson.. =( continue to watch bleach and I'm kinda addicted to it again.

psychology test then outing

had my "psychology of creativity" test this morning.. tried my best. if i interpret it correctly then I'll get high scores. if not, I'm dead..

went to Tampines Library while waiting JiRen to finish his school. planned to eat lunch with LiZhong and JiRen. but, now LiZhong couldn't make it. why always like that?? always one of them can't make it.

met HowCher. chat and walk around.. there's something i remember. i said 'solar system' then he thought i was saying 'wassup sister'. at that time i was laughing like mad. now, i find it stupid.

came home then ya.. use computer. lazy prepare for my Monday's Japanese presentation. =(

went to CP to eat lunch with JunMing. then, study my "Psychology of Creativity" because there's a test tomorrow. went to the library to read comics.

played 'spot the difference' in Facebook. my score was 20469!! so happy! broke my previous record of 8k =)

got a feeling i will do badly for tomorrow's psychology test. well, i will try very best! =)

today, Japanese and Psychology of Creative again. finally, i understand what is psychology of creative all about because i read it again. it requires you to think a bit before you can understand.

ate lunch at IT/Applied Science. Laska not spicy even after i add chilli. what's wrong with TP spicy food!? Laska supposed to be spicy! well, others may actually find the Laska spicy, but to me it isn't..

psychology teacher let us off 30minutes later!! luckily there's no test or much homework today.

no psychology tomorrow!! so ya.. only Japanese lesson and going off at 12pm! YEA =)

same like yesterday. Japanese first then psychology. Japanese is super fun again. psychology is super uber boring for lecture but it's getting interesting during tutorial..

ate lunch at Business school. the chicken cutlet curry noodles i ordered turn out to be chicken cutlet curry rice instead. the auntie heard wrongly, or did she did it on purpose? the curry turn out to be sweet, not spicy. weird.. i added those chicken rice chilli to make it spicy.

went home after lessons. having piano later. i haven't done the homework. don't know how.. have school homework and piano. guess i will be staying up till wee hours.

ok.. last minute news. PIANO lesson is CANCELLED!! i'm freaking HAPPY!! =) =)

PPP first lesson

MONDAY POST (16/2)

first day of lesson in Temasek Polytechnic!! before going for first lesson. met my UNO class at Tampines Mall MacDonald for breakfast. not everyone was there. but, most of us were present and even our OGL were there!! actually, this week is the start of their study break but they spent time with us! =)

went for our first lesson at 9am. it was Japanese lecture which is going to last 1 hour, then 2 hour Japanese tutorial lesson. it was FUN! the lecture was interesting and the Japanese teacher is funny. however, there are some english words she spoke that were not clearly pronounce. then, our Japanese tutorial teacher, Jean, is funny too!! we were allowed to speak english for today. but tomorrow, we have to speak Japanese in class unless we don't know how to say it in Japanese. also, we got to prepare a presentation for next Monday. it's kind of like 'show and tell' thing. we each 'lucky draw' from a bag, so what we pick will be the topic we got to do for our presentation. anyway, all topics are related to Japan culture one way or another.

had our 2 our break from 12pm-2pm. ate at design school. they said the western food and Muslim food is the best there. previously i tried the western food, the portion is big but it isn't that fantastic. now, the Muslim food also isn't great. they just give quite a huge portion. head to the bookshop to buy our Japanese textbook.

my class is getting the same 'psychology of creative' teacher for lecture and tutorial. it means we are seeing him for 3 hours straight! psychology is sooo much boring that Japanese. psychology lecture is all about PowerPoint slides with words, with only a video at the end of the PowerPoint. also, i don't really understand what is it all about. creative here and there and everywhere. then the tutorial is kind of boring too. we got homework on the first day of lesson!!

met JunMing at CP. before that, went to library to do my presentation research. ate dinner and we chat. then went home.

lesson is quite fun and boring. first day experience poly life just that the school is quite empty because of study break. poly life isn't as easy as you think!!

SATURDAY POST (14/2)

HAPPY VALENTINE DAY to my DEAR FRIENDS!!

actually, a lot of people asked me out today. I'm not bragging about it. but just stating the fact!! i cancelled all because my parents wanted to bring me out. in the end, the outing was at night. so i was idling at home. then, an idea struck me to go to the kite festival opposite my house. it was help from 12pm-6pm 14 and 15 Feb. at that time, LiZhong was texting me so i ask him out. then feeling weird with LiZhong only, i asked Joshua Koh to come along. in the end, Joshua cant get out of his house because he was so "kind" to take care of his grandma. anyway, met LiZhong at the field opposite my house for the kite festival.

the music was booming across the field. also, that idiot music woke me up from my sleep!! there were numerous kites. big ones, small ones. some kites bought from other countries were on display. these were the only fascinating ones.

LiZhong and i just looked at the kites for awhile and i asked him to go to Joshua's house. there, we could play "Wii" and other games! LiZhong was reluctant to go at first. after a little persuasion, he gave in.

we played something like monopoly. but it was "Mario" style. i was the winner in the end. actually, i was the second. but after that, I'm also not sure why i got 2 bonus stars. that's how i won. hahas!! =) Joshua became the last!! HAHAHAS! LiZhong second if I'm not wrong.

we played something like para para dance. those kind where we step on the mat. my hands and legs coordination sucks. i didn't have any combo and it kept showing 'boo' instead. =( then LiZhong and Joshua dance better and they even ate Pringles while dancing. what a show off!! =\

played 'Indian Poker'. i didn't know how to play at first but i got a hang of it. each of us couldn't look at our card so we could lie to each other that the number is small. then, we can change our card but we could only change once. it was a fun game!! the loser got to drink some horrible water. like coke+green tea. or coke+vita soy+jiajialiangteh+green tea.

then, we play another game Joshua introduced. (I've forgotten what it is called.) anyway, loser got to drink water! cups of water!! in the end i got a total of 12and1/2 cups of water. till now, i still have 11 more cups! and i haven't clear the punishment before i go home!! =) LiZhong was too honest that he really drink 12 cups. Joshua didn't get any forfeit!! he went lucky! until now, Joshua kept reminding me of my 11 cups of water!!

our 3rd game was truth or dare. well, LiZhong did some stupid things like telling the neighbour "I LOVE YOU". he didn't say that straight to the neighbour. he said one whole load of crap then said that 3 words. and worse!! i got a forfeit which is to hold LiZhong hand and say some load of rubbish!! (i didn't want to say here!! =X) then Joshua decided to trick LiZhong. Joshua told LiZhong that "there is a couple here". then LiZhong was like stunned. Joshua winked at me to play with him. then i played on. after that, LiZhong was like a complete different person. he became emo and he is just so down. i got kind of worried? but Joshua just continue to act. since, the atmosphere became kind of weird. we played a few more rounds then i said i got to leave. we left together. Joshua sent us off. i exposed the truth. yet, LiZhong still remain the same. that lost boy in his lost world. he seems like he didn't believe it was an act. anyway, Joshua and i couldn't do anything if LiZhong doesn't believe us. actually, Joshua planned to act to the extent of holding hands. but i back out.. i don't feel comfortable and its weird holding hands with someone you barely knew. also, kinda act overboard already. furthermore, i could sense that LiZhong won't be able to take it.

went home! ate dinner at IKEA with parents because they brought me there to buy my wardrobe. also, there is a huge discount at IKEA. many furniture were on sale!! the ice-cream was sold only at a dollar!

came home. helped my brother do A-math then chat with him. my brother and i got along well after we enter secondary school. i'm not sure why. i guess we mature and got old enough to understand that it's stupid to quarrel over some little stuff.

anyway, its a great day today!! =) i miss the fun! also, it's my first time playing "Wii" today. =)

outing with howdy

today's outing was to go out with David and HowCher. however, that David cannot make it. he said he got to work. i wonder what work is it!? he starts work late in the evening. weird job!! so.. HowCher and i carried on with the outing. we had an early valentine meeting. actually, we 3 supposed to meet up and had a mini valentine gift exchange. but now... only me and Howdy.

met up at City Hall. that Howdy is ALWAYS and FOREVER LATE!! he was late by an hour! but well, he told me he was going to be late when I'm on my way to Punggol MRT. i thought late for 15minutes. in the end, an hour! i spent that whole hour reading my storybook and newspaper.

when he came, we walked to Marina Square. our plan was to go Suntec. but, it seems that there isn't "Slumdog Millionaire" at Suntec so we went Marina Square to watch it. before the movie, we walked and chat. Howdy gave me hard and chewy chocolate cookie that he baked today before meeting me. he said when he wanted to bake, the whole house was short circuit because of that oven. other than that, the dough he had prepared the day before did not defrost as quick as he wanted because he had left it in the freezer. all these add up to why he is SUPER LATE!!
anyway, ate subway before we watched our movie.

"Slumdog Millionaire" was a nice show! even though it's taken in India, it is very meaningful and there is romance in it. this isn't like Hollywood show. it's quite unique. Howdy said he like the show and it's very touching and some part very disturbing like how (someone) died in the movie. to me, i find it quite fantastic. it is about brotherly love and relationship love and money. ya.. money CANNOT buy everything!! also, at the front part of the movie there is a question. the answer of that question only shows at the end of the movie. =) Howdy don't understand that part. HAHAS!! =) he didn't understand the answer!! anyway, I'll rate the movie 7.5/10. =)

walked to Suntec. hang around there before eating dinner at "Bakerzin". i treat Howdy to dinner. anyway, he gave me a lot of valentine present! 1st, cookies. 2nd, movie. 3rd, subway meal. 4th, Bakerzin macaron. 5th, black forest McFlurry(yet to come. too full to eat this). i was bloated after the dinner that's why i asked Howdy to postpone the McFlurry treat. =)

i ordered strawberry flavoured 'Italian soda'. it just taste weird. they just put soda(gassy water) with strawberry flavouring. just taste horrible!! i will NEVER order any 'Italian soda' again!! i just like the red colouring that sinks at the bottom. after stirring it, the drink turns blood red.

the meal comes with a soup. not sure what is the name of the soup. but it just taste of potato and it's quite delicious because it's thick, not watery.

i ordered a 'ham and bacon penne'(something like that, i forgot the full name). howdy ordered 'pork belly with japanese rice'(I'm not sure with the name too). anyway, i was quite full to finish mine. howdy ate all of his food!!

howdy treat me 'macaron' it is small like about 4cm in diameter only. there are quite a number of flavours!

the orange one is peach. brown-chocolate. yellow-lemon. green-pistachio(a kind of nut). i ate the peach. it taste ok. not fantastic but it's my first time eating one. it's something you never taste before. maybe you should just try one. after eating, it doesn't give you the urge to buy again.

went home with Howdy. he said he want to company me on the train so he took to Hougang before taking bus27 home! THANKS HOWDY!!! i had a FANTASTIC time today!! =)

THURSDAY POST (12/2)

kinda rot at home.. maple and surf the net.

when my mum came home, she questioned me why was i home so early. my mum thought that i went for school today. i didn't tell her anything since she didn't ask me further.

did house chores. sort of being 'forced' to do it. if i didn't do, my mum will nag. fold the clothes and ironed the others.

PPP last day orientation

WEDNESDAY POST (11/2)

LAST DAY of PPP orientation!! ok.. we did amazing race in the morning. we ran around the whole school accomplishing different games.
1st station: what we did was to form a 60m line with anything on us. guess what we did? we removed our shoes, socks, used our water bottles, and lie on the floor hand to hand and leg to leg. 2nd station: water game. we got to fill a bucket of water about 10m away? we got to form a human line and we have to soak the sponge and pass the sponge from one person to another and fill the bucket to the brim!
3rd station: it is called the "drunken sailor". we have to form a circle about an arm's length from one another, then turn 10 rounds on the spot then throw the ping-pong ball into the bucket in the centre of the circle. my ping-pong ball went in with my first try!! =)
4th station: we have to hold a disposable plastic spoon in our mouth and form a line. then, we have to pass 5 ping-pong ball from the first person to the last person with the spoon in our mouth without dropping it. if we drop, we got to start again. anyway, we cheated!! it is very hard!!
5th station: this is called "the sandy experience". 6 different schools flag are all hidden in the sand. we got to dig up the flags to pass this station. we only found one. then, we got 3 other clues from those station helper. the rest of the flags aren't found and the station helper also forgotten where they had hid it!!
after the 5th station, we were called for lunch. we didn't get to complete the last station. the last station is to tie up balloons on each other body and we got to burst them by using body contact.

after lunch, we had a game of "trebuchet". it's a water game. we were given wooden poles, plastic bag(water bomb), strings, rubber bands, newspaper, hula-hoop, duct tape, trash bag, and a mahjong paper. using all these materials, we got to make a flag(using the hula-hoop as a support for a round flag) and making a maximum of two 'weapons'. we got to use the 'weapon' to shoot other group flag. the 'weapon' is like a cannon. we got to put the water bombs onto it and pull back the rubber bands to create tension to fire the water bomb! in the end, most of the group 'weapon' were lousy. we used our hands to throw the water bomb instead!! everyone was dodging the water bombs!! in the end, the field was field with plastic bags!

we were called to 'squeeze' after the game of 'trebuchet'. you know what those leaders planned to do? they were standing at the second level, waiting to splash pails of water at us and at the back, other leaders were preparing water bombs. i was very pissed and reluctant. i was wearing shoes! at least let us wear slippers when we play water games!! my precious shoe just got wet by the water bombs! i was very angry. but that anger didn't last long. they gave us time to wash up but i didn't. anyway, i wasn't drenched.

watched a PowerPoint slide show about the full orientation. from day 1 to today(day 4). we 'oooo and ahhhhh' whenever any of our group member picture was in the slide show.

went home after a long day in schooool! finally, the orientation is over and the fun is over.

TUESDAY POST (10/2)

we meet up at sports complex. after assembly, we had warm up then begun our first activity. HIP HOP dance!! quite a lot of people were complaining. perhaps they don't like it? or maybe, we were under the sun and some people were already burnt or some don't even like the sun at all! to me, Hip Hop was Great!! we took 2 hours++ to learn about 1 minute dance!!

lunch. then we went dragon boating!! great day to dragon boat!! it was a hot day. the water is sooo cooling! those instructors purposely splash water on us when we plan not to get wet! some of us were angry but after that, we just let it be.. we learn a few commands then had a race with Group 2 and 5. in the end, it's either we win or group 5. we were so close that no one really knows who won.

went to wash up then went back to sports complex. now, we got to wait for group 3, 4, 6 to finish dragon boating!! we were like rotting at the stadium for about an hour!

went home after they debrief us. super tiring and I'm beginning to turn golden brown! hahas =) the way i describe make me seems like a biscuit.

there's still piano lesson at night!! get a quick nap then continue with my piano lesson. slept like a log for the night!

DPA orientation day 2

i was late for like 10 minutes!! i missed the bus34 and i waited for 10-15 minutes for the next bus!!

did high and low elements today. it was SUPERB and had a GREAT day! i made new friends and for now, they are wonderful. i said 'for now' because i have not seen what are their true colours and they all seem fine to me now. even though me and Sabrina know each other for 4 years in secondary school, we weren't really together in our group-UNO(formerly known as 'T01'). i am with my new friends while she is with her friends. her powerful english speaking gang. ok.. not gang, clique.

we did the plank(they call it whale watch? i don't know how to spell) thing where we all stand on the plank which is like a see-saw and we need to balance on it. it's HARD!! very hard to balance on it. we tried our best but it's just too hard. then we played this swinging thing. this game is like a game i had played during the secondary3 adventure camp at Pasir Ris park. then we played trolley(this is what they called). we have to be united and work together. we won!! 'we' consists of me, Sabrina, Kelly, Kenny, XinNing, (one more guy, i forgot). it's like caterpillar. but instead or tying our legs together, each of our leg is on a wooden plank and we have to walk leg by leg.

after that, we had lunch then we had our HIGH elements!! =) each group only did one activity. =( we did the postman activity. this is what our leader said, 'postman' activity. don't know is he kidding with us or what. he said because the string below is like an X. so it's like an envelope. and i don't get it. it makes no sense. what has the rope below got to do with the rope above that we are using? anyway, I'm sunburn like a 'chao da' biscuit. my face and arms are red!! i wore trackpants, shirt and shoes so my body is covered. anyway, it's a great time to be under the sun. for the whole of last year, I've been studying and going to shopping malls that i don't have the time to stay under the sun!

home sweet home! I'm damn exhausted today. dragon boating and hip hop dance tomorrow!! HOOOOOORAY! =)

SUNDAY POST (8/2)


at first, the plan for today is to go out with JiRen and LiZhong to mind cafe at boat quay. before that, i would company LiZhong to buy his tennis racket. BUT! JiRen cancel the outing with us. he said he is celebrating his mother's birthday today. he ALWAYS give excuses. that time he said he have sister birthday or even friend birthday!! now his mum's birthday. next excuse, i guess it would be dad's birthday or relative birthday!! anyway, me and LiZhong continue the outing.

went to Tampines Mall to watch "the curious case of Benjamin Button". before that, we had our lunch and played at the arcade. we played 'photo hunt' which is the same as 'spot the difference' in Facebook.

anyway, "the curious case of Benjamin Button" is a 3 hours long show! i guess it's the longest show other than Lord of the Rings! anyway, LiZhong said it was boring, he even slept a few times. to me, it's interesting. it's about life and how we move on with our it even when there is drastic changes. there is completely no bombs, no chasing, no beautiful woman or cool gadgets. perhaps, that's the reason why LiZhong fell asleep quite a few times. i like the show because it shows us how we look at things and how out life goes on when some people are gone from our lives. anyway, in the beginning of the movie, you may not understand what is it about and may even find it boring, but you could be able to understand in the later part of the movie. this 'Benjamin Button', his physical appearance is getting younger and his internal organs, but his mind(brain) is aging like everyone else. his thoughts mature as he grows. i would give a rating 7.5/10. i would urge those people not to watch if you expected it to be action pact like 'IP Man' or any Hollywood action pact movies with crossfire scenes.

walked to IKEA. yea.. to you, it may seems VERY far. anyway, about half an hour walk. LiZhong and i chat while walking, so everything seem kinda fast. planned to eat the salmon dish at IKEA. but bought hotdog bun instead. we were quite full and it's a fast queue. walked around IKEA to look at the furniture. i want to buy a new bookshelve and wardrobe. anyway, after thinking so much, i decided to buy a bookshelve. however, i have to wait for my parents to buy and bring home for me. don't expect me to carry something so huge and taking the bus home!! bought hotdog bun back for parents and brother.

ran home from bus-stop.. when i reach home, i was 5mins past my time to go home. luckily, dad didn't say anything. anyway, i got that hotdog bun to... you know.. like show them i bought it for them so they wont scold me. hahas =)

schooling tomorrow again. day 2 DPA orientation. hope it's much fun!!

went to have dinner with 婆婆 and relatives. then to 大舅舅 house after dinner. before going to his house, my brother and i brought our little cousin, the one we like a lot to have a walk along the shop houses. i want to buy this fish. it cost $1.50 for 10 fishes. it's small. i guess it's neon fish if i didn't remember the name wrongly.. i consider for quite a long time and in the end i didn't buy it. i like the fish but i think i just want it at that moment, and i may not take care of it as days past.

played the fire sparkles with those little cousins at the corridor. they were enjoying and having fun. now, i find that fire sparklers are not fun or nice. i still remember when i was young i enjoyed as much as those little cousins. yet now, i find it stupid..

came home, used the computer as usual.

PPP day 1 orientation

woke up damn early!! 7.30am!! suppose to meet joslyn( my DPA, AMS friend) but met her on the bus!! =) she came from Yio Chu Kang! she said it took about 1hr30min to reach Temasek Poly. it's such a waste of time.

went for briefing then split into our groups. into our class actually. I'm in T01. i will be taking 'Japanese' and 'Psychology of Creative Writing' for my Cross Disciplinary Subject(CDS). Joslyn wasn't in the same class. Sabrina, Shirlyn and Jessica from Compassvale were in T01 too. anyway, we didn't really talk to each other much. Shirlyn is with Jessica. then Sabrina had this friend, Kelly, anyway she's also my friend but she talk with Sabrina more.

so ya.. did some ice breaking game. then had lunch. lunch was ok but the food was cold already. changed into sports attire as they said there is adventure games or something. in the end, adventure wasn't adventure at all!! lousy.. and boring..
what a waste of time.

anyway, starting lessons the following week. my timing is 9am-12pm for Japanese. 2pm-5pm for Psychology of creative writing. on some days, i will only have 1 lesson. having 'Japanese' and 'Psychology of Creative Writing' test in February!! also, there is presentation in February!! i got to study and do well. now, they are already using it as a subject to count our grades. anyway, since we already started with 2 CDS, we could take more CDS after we had completed this 2. while others who only start school in April, may not be able to take extra as they take up their subjects later and will not have the time to complete.

went home around 5.30pm. the next orientation is on Monday. that day, we got to wear long pants and stuff. we will do those high elements thingy.

anyway, can't wait for Sunday to come!! going out with LiZhong and JiRen to mind cafe!! =)=)

went out to compasspoint to eat pizza hut. i wanted to pay but my friend treat me.. why ALWAYS like that!!!

complete a show that i had watched yesterday. it's "Piano no Mori". it's a japanese anime movie like spirited away/howl's moving caslte/my neighbour is totoro. it is about this boy, Kai, who plays a broken piano in the forest. it is a broken piano because whoever plays on it could not produce a sound. however, when Kai plays the piano, it produce a beautiful tone. anyway, just watch it ok!! it is on youtube.

planned to maple when i woke up. however, bad news was about to come. there is a patch or server check!! ARGH!! cant level up today!! at least not during the morning or afternoon!! =(

last minute outing with SiYing!! because SiYing had no plans for today and i had nothing better to do at home. wanted to watch movie, "Alls well ends well". however, we couldn't make it to the next movie time slot. in the end, we decided to sing!! not at K-Box. but at a store at Serangoon Gardens. there is kinda like a Happy Hour thing. Monday-Friday 2-8pm $6.99++ with free flow of drinks and some tidbits. cool right? sing our hearts out!! =) =)

took bus 136 together with SiYing. ate lunch at Aston at Serangoon Garden then head to SING!!! =) there isn't all the latest song there. =( but anyway, we had a great time selecting songs.

left around 6.30pm like that?? headed home. SiYing illness got worse.. =( =( she is down with a fever. before meeting up, she got sore throat only. hope she will recover soon!!

anyway, i hope my brother did well for his A-math test today. yesterday, he told me if he did not pass his A-math test, he will have to drop that subject!! NOOO!! A-math is so easy after much practice of it!! he said Mdm Chua says those who fail A-math test got to drop. his previous trigonometry test failed.. gotten 6/25. anyway, all the best to him!!

TUESDAY POST (3/2)

stay at home again.. played the clarinet. i could play better than yesterday!! when i played yesterday, it was airy. anyway, i'm not entering into Nanyang already. so ya.. i'm not practicing hard. they said during the audition, i would have to perform a short piece and do some sightreading. but well, i'm not going anymore.

maple till the evening. just do quest. almost everyone is schooling and i don't see much people online. =( my buddy in maple, Tony, started school already. went to Pioneer JC. then Abram have soo many training. don't know what is it all about. anyway, everyone is moving on already. having their new life in their new school. i'm VERY EXCITED about Friday!!! i'm starting my DPA course!! seriously can't wait for that day. at least, i won't be rotting at home...

chat with LiZhong and Jiren at night. there is a part in the conversation where they say, guys like to see girls in(rank) 1. short shorts (like FBT). 2. mini skirt. i was laughing non stop!!! =) =) but deep down in the guys mind, they are all like that. it's part of their character right?? if not why are they called guys!? at least, i know what guys always see when they go out!! HAHAS. but guys also very contradicting. they like to see girls wearing skimpily. yet, they don't allow their girlfriends to do that!!

sadly, all those friends i chat with got to log off early because they study in JC.. =( we must keep in contact yea?? =) miss everyone!!!!

MONDAY POST (2/2)

all my JC friends are starting school today. =( i feel so left out because they wouldn't be online and i would feel bored. anyway, i hope they enjoy in school a lot!! stayed home, watched TV and watched "Igor" that movie show. "Igor" is quite a boring show. not my type. not action pact enough. i guess, so far all the show I've watched, the nicest is still "IP Man"!!

I've not done my piano homework.. just don't feel like doing. i guess i always wait till exam is coming before i pull up my socks and really study for piano theory.

didn't went to my 婆婆 house today. supposed to go for this praying thing. where they burn those bamboo(seems like bamboo), papers, and some 'money' to pray for each individual in the family to be healthy and stuff.

told my parents about my sudden decision to not enter JC. instead, to continue with my Aviation course in Temasek poly. they seem fine and gave advice.. sometimes, i just feel that they gave too much advice, and it is driving me nuts!! oh.. and today, Innova called me to ask if i still want my place in Innova. i deny that offer. saying that i accepted some other JC. now, i got to come up with a story to not go for Nanyang JC Band audition. Nanyang told me that i was selected for a band audition. actually, i want to join JC without joining band. I'm SICK of it!! but during that online appeal to Nanyang, i didn't know why i want to put "i would be an active member in band if i were selected". now, i want to cancel it, and i got to fabricate come story..

got to settle all my stuff soon!! and now, i will stand firm on my ground. i will enter my Aviation course in Temasek!!

SUNDAY POST (1/2)

went out to dad's ex boss house i guess, because there are all his old friends. i like the house because it is windy. also, i LOVE the sofa. it's comfy and so nice to sleep on!! it's simply GREAT!! just sat there while the other began gambling. only after awhile that i join in.

went IKEA to buy that hotdog bread then sent my brother off to his guitar lessons. home again.

those JC friends are going to school tomorrow!! i feel excited for them. new school = new life = new friends. i hope they don't forget me!! i can't wait to go school too! if i go to Temasek Poly, it will start on 6Feb because I'm through DPA. i'm waiting for JC to reply to me too!! =)

SATURDAY POST (31/1)

dad friends came at around 2. LiZhong and JiRen coming too!! we ate food that my dad cook. BeeHoon with curry and fishcakes. then, we played Blackjack with dad friends. we lost and we won. after that, we played UNO stacko. hahas =) LiZhong and i purposely took those from the bottom and put it on top. JiRen got quite a little trouble with it. =) at first, i planned to go to Mrs Tung(Chinese teacher) house. however, having so much fun and so little time with LiZhong and JiRen, i decided to cancel my plan of going. anyway, JiRen cancelled his outing with his primary school friends.

soon, they left. headed to 阿姨 house to Lao Yu Sheng and have steamboat. the steamboat is super nice. there is beef, sushi(again!! i just ate yesterday) abalone, sotong, blah blah.. just so many FOOD!!

played Taiti with brother and my German cousin. then home sweet home!! =)

o level posting results, appeal, sakae buffet with lz and jr

FRIDAY POST (30/1)

today is the day of O level posting results!! Everyone was excited and nervous but woke up early to check their sms! some are happy, yet others, sad. Edward and XinYuan went into the SAME course as me!! SiYing went to Singapore Poly. SiMin into St Andrew JC. Clement, Steven, JiaZheng and some others went into Nanyang JC. LiZhong went to Temasek JC and JiRen into Meridian JC. I'm quite happy for them, yet sad at the same time. most of them went into the school they wanted. however, some did not. worse of all is we are all going to be separated!! =( =( but i will promise to keep in contact with some of them! and I'm sure i will keep this promise. I'm elated today too because I'm going out with LiZhong and JiRen today to eat Sakae Buffet!! =) =)

today is also the day of appealing. my dad brought me to Meridian JC to appeal first. i really wanted to get into Meridian. it is near and convenient to get there. yet, when i gave my form, the lady told me my chances of getting into Meridian is very slim. like 0% chances like that. my hopes are dashed. she also said the chances of other JC accepting me are very slim too. =( trying not to give up, we headed to Nanyang JC. Nanyang JC appeals are throught online. why cant they just tell us to go on to their website? letting us go down for a wasted trip!! anyway, it is so unorganised there. just sucks!! i try to appeal through CCA for Nanyang. then, to Innova JC. it's so quiet and peaceful. i said that because no one went there to appeal! for Meridian and Nanyang, there are so many people!! anyway, for this Innova, i got a high chance of entering.

went home first. LiZhong went to appeal to National JC because Temasek JC wasn't his first choice. it was his 3rd. met them at CompassPoint around 2. walk around and went to arcade. JiRen played the punching bag. he just LOVE that punching bag thing. i just don't understand why is it so fun. anyway, i LIKE to go arcade to see others play. it's like a kind of joy. =)

ate at Sakae until we're so FULL!! we are like bloated!! LiZhong is the winner!! he ate the most plate!! there is a Salmon thing which we tried for the first time. it SUCKS!! don't ever order it. in the picture, it seems so delicious and it seems hot. but in fact, it is COLD!! worse is that it comes in a huge bowl!! hard time finishing it. then, JiRen said ChaSoba is horrible. so i trade with him for ChaSoba with my salmon. in the end, JiRen got a hellish time finishing that salmon dish. LiZhong said it was horrible too!! =) we stayed till 6!! first time staying at Sakae from 3-6!!

nothing to do.. we kept bickering whose house to go because we could get ang bao!! hahas =) then at last, we decided to go LiZhong house. his house is near Punggol Park and near Hougang Mall. anyway, going to his house is like a labyrinth!! i could get lost!!

LiZhong house is SUPER NEAT!! i would say the NEATEST house i ever went to. everything is in its place!! JiRen played audition. then LiZhong and i watched. not long after, i got to go. go home.

i got hungry at night.. the sushi didn't last long in my stomach!! argh!! starve myself till tomorrow!! having Lao Yu Sheng with my 婆婆 and relatives!! =)
