THURSDAY POST (29/1)

collect my pay with LiZhong. then ate at DhobyGhaut.

David and HowCher were late again. it's HowCher's fault!! he is always late!!! anyway, we met up to celebrate HowCher's birthday which was yesterday. planned to watch movie, but there was nothing interesting. i'm waiting for "Push" and "the curious case of Benjamin Button" to come out. we head to Mind Cafe. it's soo fun there!! first few games wasn't fun though. i like the last game!!

1st game. it's called the "Chicken Cha Cha Cha". those 12 cards in the middle are overturned. in order to move your chicken to the next card, you have to open up the overturned card which matches the next card correctly. it is kind of like memorising card game.

2nd game. called "Labyrinth". complicated, troublesome and a little confusing. this is what i can say. me yellow again!! HowCher, green and David, red.

3rd game. as you can see, it's the "Dirty Mind". you have to from 'dirty' this word with the card you get. there will be 3 clues given to find out what is the word. kind of like hangman. but obvoiusly, no man is hanged in this game. the person who could guess with the 1st clue could get 3 cards. 2 clues, 2 cards. 3 clues, 1 card. the clues given are written in a DISGUSTING manner!! make you thing dirty! hahas =) we 3 kept laughing when we play this game!!

4th game. "Winner's Circle". it's a strategy game. you place your bets and you have to try to let your horse win the race. not exciting because it's a strategy game. not suitable for children who like to have fun. for us.. we find it boring. waste of time playing this game!!

5th game. DAVID LOST!!! HAHAS. he was SUPER LOUSY at it. it's like you have to find the animal with the colour missing from the card. i forgot to take a picture of that game. but we only played a round of it.

6th game. "express-it. Guess-it." we LOVED this game!! it's super fun fun!! David LOST again! and it is only in this game that we begun our forfeits!! 1st forfeit is david got to hug a waiter. 2nd forfeit is David got to say "i love you and 你愿不愿意" to the waiter and if the waiter said "我愿意" there will be no forfeit BUT if the waiter said " 我不愿意", David got to do another forfeit. in the end, the forfeit was only done halfway.. 3rd forfeit for David was to drink finish half a cup of fruit punch that HowCher couldn't finish. and me, i got a forfeit which is to take a picture with any waiter or any stranger. i took a picture with a stranger... all this was HowCher's idea. =( and he got NO forfeit!! so unfair!!

ate our dinner at PastaMania. i guess i'm sick of it. i rather eat other food. PastaMania food is getting worse!! the sauce for its pasta is getting so less that it seems so creamy. i guess i rather eat pizza or bake rice some other time.

anyway, today is FUN day!!

WEDNESDAY POST (28/1)

actually plan to stay at home to relax, but then Brandon needs help to buy his girlfriend present. oh ya, if you don't know, his girlfriend is that Japanese girl, Ayumi(i don't know if i spell it correctly). TengHoi is going too!!

TengHoi was the one who said meet at 2. in the end, he was the last! Brandon bought a DVD show for Ayumi. to me, the show not nice. i didn't watch it before but and cover looks so dull. went to bought some paper to make for Ayumi birthday card. USELESS Brandon!! her card still ask me help him decorate. anyway, i got something too. since, we went to Brandon house to make her card. his mum gave me ang bao!! =) =) also, his relative who made the pineapple tart is skillful!! it's the nicest pineapple tart that i had tasted for this Chinese New Year! i can eat the whole container but knowing that i could be fat i didn't want to. oh,, Brandon made that card secretly. because he said his mum will scold him. his mum will say "didn't buy present for your parents and your sister and you buy for that Japanese girl you just knew?" hahas! =)

went home to eat dinner.. but stomach was full of tarts!! i''m still craving for MORE!!!

Lunar New Year 09 day 2

first stop is to my "tai ma" house. it's a terrace house. we went there just to visit "tai ma". we rarely meet up with the family. this year, the family went to Cambodia(if I'm not wrong) and they only come back at 2pm but we got to go to the next house at 12pm so we couldn't stay and i cant get 1 more hong bao.

2nd stop was at my mum's boss house. it's FREAKING HUGE! like "BIG is bigger than big". anyway, it's a BUNGALOW!!! there's a lift in the house, a swimming pool and MANY rooms!! however, my mum's boss is a China guy. i HATE China people. you could say that I'm rude and i have no manners. but i seriously don't like them. worse is most of my mum's colleague are from China. they are so talkative and they act like they are so smart! ok.. if they are smart, they should at least be humble. i just cant take it!! furthermore, the house is in a total mess. the boss's children wear pyjamas when we got there! it is already like 12.30pm when we reach! cant they wash up and change? at least make themselves more presentable? so.. no respect to the guest's. and the kids room, is SUPER MESSY!! their stuff are all thrown around and their school work(papers) are lying here and there. worse is that, in the swimming pool, i saw a A4 size paper in it and hell lots of dirt!! why live in such a huge house if you couldn't even take care of the house and furnish it properly? they do not have a maid. but if they want to live there, at least take care and tidy up the house before a guest come! it's like respect for the guest!!

go home after that. played blackjack with dad. then use the computer.. tomorrow, nothing to do.. not sure if there would be any last minute plans.

just got scolded by my mum. she say i didn't test out if the colour of the new clothes will run out. now, all the clothes in the washing machine are all like pink. some clothes are half pink half white. she keeps shouting.. and she SHOUTS AT ME "WHAT IF I BOUGHT A $100 DOLLAR CLOTHE? LUCKILY MY CLOTHE COST JUST AROUND $30". i was like oh ok. i stood there and listen to her SHOUTING. it was like my body is there, but my mind isn't. in my mind, i was just thinking, she NEVER buys a $100 clothes. if she do, i guess she will wash it by hand... so what?! if they wants me to pay then i pay. SCREAM at me for this? like a bit so ridiculous. sometimes, i just don't understand why parents SCREAM at the little things... luckily, my grandparents are there, then my parents didn't scream much. =)

so that's that.. this year Chinese New Year is just nothing much.. i want more fun and thrills... =(

Lunar New Year 09

HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR EVERYONE!!! =)

like every lunar new year, we will go to my 二伯 house first then to my 大伯 house. at 大伯 house, we will gamble and chat. after that, we'll head to my deceased great grandma house. same thing, gamble, then chat.

at my 婆婆 house, we ate the same dish she cook every year. there is a meaning to that noodle she cook. i forgot what is it. anyway, i ate 2 bowls!! we only eat once in a year, and I'm quite hungry this year, so.. yea 2 bowls of noodle went down my stomach. =) gamble again.. this time, i lose instead of winning!! lost $10. but well, its ok. gamble only on Lunar New Year. so just let it be. =)

this year so less income... =( because my great grandma died months ago, so they say we couldn't like celebrate much. so.. some superstitious family decided not to give ang pao =( my income drop about $100 dollars already!! anyway, think to the bright side.. my parents save money too! =)

SUNDAY POST (25/1)

as usual, for every Lunar New Year eve, our family will go to 大伯 house to eat and gamble. then, we went to see 二伯 new house near Little India i guess. but I'm sure it's near Mustafa. he bought the highest unit. 30 storey!! and the view is superb!! it is kind of like a private condo. there is pool and even a small bowling place which only have 2 lanes. they book 1 lane and at the condo, it doesn't count per game but it count as per hour. so if we are fast, we could play like 10 games per hour? hahas. they provide the shoes too and it cost $10/hr.

head to 婆婆 house. ate dinner there. watched "IP Man" and "Transporter 3" at her house. it's so nice!! "IP Man" is really a nice show. FANTASTIC!! all the chinese fighting. and it is a real story too!! it tells us that chinese fighting are learnt to protect others and not to fight like abusing people. anyway, it is really a GREAT show. I'll say 8.5/10. you'll like the show if you like fighting show. also, just to say, it's a sad ending. ok.. lets come to "Transporter 3". this show is like "Transporter 2" just this main lead trying to complete a mission and there are quite a bit of romance in it. those kind of standard James Bond show you watch. however, there is just no cool gadgets in it. bombs, firing, chasing and women. they are all in "Transporter 3". kind of standard Hollywood show. I'll give it 6/10.

dad went to meet his primary school friends at 12am. yes, midnight. it is kind of like a standard meeting. my dad will meet his primary school friend every time at 12am on the dot of Lunar New Year.

to bugis with brother

played maple a while and did a little housework.. wiping the windows again. yea.. i wiped it just last week? and now it is dirty again...

late afternoon headed out to Bugis with brother while my parents went jogging.

squeeze with the crowd. bought a clothe ONLY. then my brother bought a few clothes. i help him choose!! then i taught him some fashion stuff.. i really want to buy a haversack!! but still contemplating. in fact, i want a haversack and a slingbag(cloth material)!

ate dinner. then went to National Library. guess what!? my brother took the Maxim magazine... ok la.. i was reading it too. hahas =)

went home. then yea.. blog.

tomorrow its FUN FUN day! eve of Chinese New Year! cant wait for tomorrow to come! =)

CVSS celebration, outing with CSY, chinatown w/ parents

FRIDAY POST (23/1)

i was sleeping VERY SOUNDLY. then SIYING CALLED ME!!! she said "WAKE UP!! GO SCHOOL EARLY!!" at first, i planned to go alone. later. around 11 to visit Compassvale Sec for this year Chinese New Year celebration. i decided not to join my class to meet at econ at 9! however, SiYing was late for the meeting and she didn't want to meet them up as it would be an embarrassment being the late comer. so she told them she will be meeting me before she go school... so.. just for CSY sake, for my 1 year goody good friend. I WOKE UP THAT EARLY FOR HER!! she didn't say thank you =( =( anyway it doesn't matter. =)

went to school to watch the celebration and to collect my testimonial too. then the security guard stop us. he/she said "no sandals or slippers are allowed. only shoes or covered shoes" i was like WHAT THE HECK! that Alan Lim( i guess) that discipline master must have told them that!! what kind of rule! anyway, only STUPID SCHOOL like this will have such a rule!! however, after that, they allow teachers to escort students who wore slippers or sandals into the school. by then, SiYing and i were already on our way to Bugis. yea.. SiYing and i did not went to watch the celebration. we took my testimonial and left.

walk around bugis... wanted to watch a movie. yet, there isn't any movie that fits our time slot. most are starting at the evening or night! bought 2 clothes.

walked to the nearest NewYork NewYork to eat. the one where Simon and Avory is working at. bully Simon! hahas =) oops! sorry too Avory if you see this or knew about that! anyway, sad.. i guess i lost one of the dress i bought at NewYork NewYork.. =( i guess i accidentally drop it. because i transfer the dress to my bag and i threw the plastic bag away. perhaps during the process it somehow drop or ... i don't know how.. i was very very upset. my i just like comfort myself. Finders Keepers, Loser Weepers. obviously i didn't cry!! anyway, it doesn't matter now =) and I'm not sad already =) =)

evening, SiYing went to her grandma house. i suppose to meet my parents and brother at Chinatown. however, due to some delays because of my mum's work, i went home first.

Chinatown is not as lively as the past year. there isn't any Chinese New Year song being played. anyway, it is still crowded. my brother and i walk separate ways with our parents.

when we got home, it is already past midnight!! played "spot the difference" on facebook with my brother. without him, i would have scored lower than my previous score. anyway, a great day today. enjoyed myself quite a lot except for the part i lost my dress. but well, its alright! =)

WOOHOO outing with Leo, YiZhong, JiRen and Danial. go to plaza singapura instead or marina square.

met up with YiZhong and JiRen. played at the arcade while waiting for Leo and Danial.. the "spot the difference" sucks there!! it just like waste our money.. ok. not my money it's YiZhong and JiRen money.. i feel bad.. always go arcade they exchange money for coins then use their money.. when i want to use mine then they refuse or else they would return.. =(

watched "Changeling" at Cathay. i didn't know it is NC16 till then.
Changeling is a real story. it is what they say.. ok.. no fighting in this show. it was in the 1930s around that time. a lot of corruption in the police force. then Christine Collins (Angelina Jolie, main actress) loss her child, Walter Collins.. and the search begun. quite a lot of twist in the story! it's interesting. hmm.. a lot of motherly love and it shows the bond between a mother and a child could be very strong. also, how a mother would feel and act if their child had gone missing. you know why is it rated as NC16? because there were F*** this word. there are some phrases that we learnt and use after we came out of the cinema! hahas!! =) in the show there is a part where a woman says "F*** you and the horse you rode on". then Christine Collins replied "a woman shouldn't use such a language". the woman said "sometimes, that's just the language you got to use". hahas =)

JiRen left after the show. he was super sick and not himself.. he didn't talk much. usually, he is very chatty. then we went to eat dinner.. actually, only Danial and Leo ate..

oh ya.. Leo and Brandon Cheong same primary school but Leo said he doesn't know who Brandon is.. perhaps he forget. =)

suppose to go out with Brandon to visit Innova and Serangoon JC. but change of plans.. YiZhong and JiRen came along..

went to school to get my testimonial with YiZhong and JiRen. However, those General Office lady said the form teacher require at least 2 working day to process.. WHAT THE HECK. LOUSY school!! YiZhong and JiRen already got their testimonial long ago. the same day as they get their O level results. met Brandon to eat our brunch.. first time eating KFC breakfast! and i haven't ate fastfood for more than a month!! till now.. anyway, KFC breakfast is horrible!! don't ever go there to eat. i rather eat MacDonald or BurgerKing breakfast.

head to Serangoon JC as Brandon need to sent in his appeal letter. my parents asked me not to go to Innova JC first. wait for Meridian or Nanyang JC reply first. if there isn't any choice then the last resort is to go Innova.. my parents and my aunt has been nagging and irritate me over this thingy for like since i got my results!! I'm not so eager into hearing if i could go into JC.. for me, its like let nature take its own course kinda thing. my parents and aunt is like NAG NAG NAG!! it seems like they are going to JC instead of ME!! I'm very frustrated and fed up.. =( i want this to end soon!! or why cant Meridian just let me go in directly so there wouldn't be so much trouble?? actually, things would be much simpler if my aunt isn't tied into this thing...

play pool at Kovan then we went our own ways. YiZhong got to meet Leo while JiRen have a primary school gathering. oh ya!! guess what? somehow, Brandon knows Leo. Brandon and Leo were primary school friends!! =) so cool. we are link here and there. hahas =)

i want to maple.. the patch is over. but i just seem to be unable to download the whole patch.. it kept stopping halfway.. at night, I'm sure that i couldn't play much or well.. i won't play at all. if not my parents will nag. they would say "cant you find out more about your JC rather than maple?? you want to enter JC or not? why are we helping you so much yet you aren't doing anything??" i could literally say out everything they are going to say!!! NAGGY parents..

anyway, heading out tomorrow!! loads loads of fun!! i hope everything goes smoothly and no nagging from parents! sometimes parents are just VERY irritating!! =/

outing with SiYing to Hougang Mall

MONDAY POST (19/1)

actually i have no plans today.. until SiYing text me to ask me out for a last minute date. went to Hougang mall. treat her to a deSSert. we bought Mango Sago thingy and Mocha chocolate thingy (i forgot the full name). it was ok. not delicious or anything. they should improve on it! like for the Mocha chocolate one, they should add mocha chocolate in it instead of just ice mocha and sooo little chocolate fudge.

bought shoes from surfers paradise! finally i got a shoe.. =)

this isn't the shoe that i bought. anyway, SiYing said this shoe looks like a Sampan (a kind of boat).

didn't get to buy my guitar string. Hougang mall doesn't have any music stores. planning to sell my Acoustic guitar for about $200?? i don't know. went to library. i feel that this Hougang library is much better than the SengKang library.. even thought it's much smaller. it has more science books while SengKang one has more story book.

went to NTUC as we heard that those guys from 4I and J went to promote POKKA for Chinese New Year. SiYIng and I don't know who is working at Hougang NTUC so we decided to find out and play a prank on him. guess who works there? DOMINIC NG!! we took a YEO's bottle and head to Dominic Ng, our head bend low so he couldn't see us and we ask how much is it? Dom Ng said "i don't know" and he like don't care la!! what kind of lousy guy is this. no salesman attitude!! he was busy stocking up drinks at that time also.. quite embarrassing man.. his friend- a YEO's promoter guy stand there and look at us like we are some dumbdumb!!

when we went home, that ROUGH and CRAZY, LUNATIC SIYING hold my hand so TIGHT so that she don't let me go!! she said i have to wait for her to board her bus27 before i could board mine(bus62)!! so UNREASONABLE and RIDICULOUS!! DON'T GO OUT with SiYing!! other than that, this LUNATIC GIRL MESSED UP MY HAIR!!!! my hair was all over the place and she hold my hand so TIGHT that i can't even 'put my hair back' to where they were! luckily my hair was rebonded so i didn't need to comb it!

my dad bought this plant days ago. the flowers are beginning to bloom! it has a VERY VERY VERY NICE smell. and the colour looks just GREAT!! i LOVE the PINK!!

out to bowl at kovan with YiZhong group

at first, plan to go cycle with YiZhong and friend today. BUT my mum say i have to sent in my appeal letter before i can go out with my friends! anyway, it's good. once I've sent, they wouldn't nag at me!! so, once and for all, i settle the appeal letter by 5.30pm!!

went to bowling at Kovan with Leo, YiZhong, JiRen. i just know JiRen today. well, if i could go cycle, the plan would be like that. cycle at 4, go home and change then meet up to bowl again. however, plan A could not be executed so it was plan B. plan B was just bowl.

ate dinner at the hawker centre then go to the bowling centre. Leo was super late. anyway, he had an excuse though. we played that arcade racing car game while waiting for Leo. JiRen got 1st, YiZhong 2nd, i 3rd.. YiZhong kept banging my car!! in fact, YiZhong could get first but JiRen caught up the last second. when Leo came, we bowled 2 rounds. it's my first time getting 100++ for 2 games! i got 106 for the first game and was the top scorer! but the next, i got 101 and came in 2nd.

they company me to Punggol Mrt. my parents said i got to be home by 10!! they say working friends are dangerous since i barely know them other than during work. WHAT THE HECK!! they're from catholic high!! there's no gangster there! anyway, Leo they all are also soo good!! their parents allow them to go out till wee hours in the night!!

recently, outside my house at my lift lobby there, they pasted this. I'm surprise!!

my dad ask me to try if the pineapple tart was nice. one of my aunt made it. i took one and pop it into my mouth.. then, my dad shouted SPIT IT OUT!!! i PUI PUI PUI all into the bin and gargle my mouth immediately. i knew it was mouldy... and yes it was!! look at the white thing at the middle of the picture on the pineapple tart! EWWW!!

i just realise i couldn't meet up my primary school friends on the 20th.. I've got piano lesson! oh man.. couldn't meet up Wyman and Jonathan Wong they all.. =( =( also.. i haven't done my piano homework.. i hate it!! anyway, meeting up LiZhong they all on Friday again! =) =) can't wait that day to come!

just idle at home the whole day.

went out to search for a wardrobe. my wardrobe is too small... too many clothes! =) then, went to eat dinner at Ang Mo Kio, at a famous crab restaurant. my dad won a small amount of money from 4D. he got the number from the hamper that my aunt gave us as a gift for Chinese New Year. after that, went to Sheng Shiong to buy some CNY goodies. and you know what!? we bought 12 bottles of those 1.5litres of Vanilla Coke. our family love that drink! =)

at the petrol station, my mum bought a tub of Ben and Jerry ice-cream!! my first Ben and Jerry ice-cream!! it's super delicious. it's very rich and the flavour is just nice!

get home. didn't get to use the computer.. so yea didn't blog.

FRIDAY POST (16/1)

WOOHOO GREAT DAY TODAY!!!

went out to play pool with Leo, YiZhong and Danial before heading to work. luckily, Leo and YiZhong aren't pros!! they're both like me.. i guess we're the study type.. we can miss the ball or even hit the white ball into the hole!! hahas!=) it's totally hilarious! Danial is the pro one. anyway, i guess he had played a lot of times since he is a year older than us. other than that, i feel that talking to Leo and YiZhong is much easier.. but the thing is.. what we talk always revolves around studies or work.. i guess that's what makes us.. the intellectuals. hahas! =) joking!

almost late for work!! we play till quite late! luckily captain didn't scold us. fortunately, Danial and YiZhong is working the same room as me!! but Leo working other room... sad man.. he is always separated from us! I've been working with YiZhong for like 3 days?!! it's fun having someone to talk to. at least time doesn't seem to pass that slow. and yea... sad. =( i made one mistake and that captain saw it!! of all things i don't know why must she see that little mistake. well, to me it's a small mistake. i forgot to take the base plate for the shark fin soup bowl and in the end i got reprimanded... =(

oh ya.. YiZhong and Leo first choice National JC or Victoria JC.. then the list goes on for all JC!! Danial retaking as private candidate and he isn't going to school or anything. just tutoring and doing assessment. he's wasted 2 years like that! because Danial is sec 5 and he scored 29. so he wants to retake as private candidate. such a waste! 2 years is a long time!! anyway, i really hope a JC would accept me.. =( i'm seriously, desperate to enter to JC!!

cancelled an outing tomorrow. planning an outing with Leo, YiZhong and Danial. most probably the outing would be on Friday. hope everyone could make it and we'll watch CHANGELING!! i want to watch this show!! and yea.. I've primary school gathering too! it's on 20th January. =) Jonathan Wong said Wyman want to meet me! hahas!! =) I'm anticipating that day! want to see how much have my primary school classmates had changed!

dragged myself to get out of bed again!!

I'm working alone till 3pm when Leo and LiZhong are coming to work. at first, I'm working under that same fierce male Indian captain again. however, I'm lucky enough to get posted down to Grand Ballroom to work!! GREAT!! you wouldn't know how glad i am!! =) =)

recently, there isn't as much dinner as last year end of year. i guess dinner are usually end of year. now, there are a lot of seminars or meeting or conference. it's super super busy!! but it's great too because when they have all those seminars or whatever, there will be lunch or break for them. after that, there will be A LOT of good food left!! then, I'll eat salmon and desserts. they are all VERY DELICIOUS!!

ok you know.. today was great because i didn't made an mistakes!! but it was one of the worse and unlucky day!! there's a lady who had menstruation and had stain on the seat cover... worse is i was the one who had to take care of that table!! but fortunately, i wasn't the one who is suppose to clean up that dirty thing! =)
i had more fun when LiZhong came. Leo was posted to Stamford. i feel sad for him! he was under that crazy female captain! even though the job was boring, but i had LiZhong to talk to so time seem to pass quickly! =)

left work early. 11am were allowed to leave but 3pm have to leave at 11.30pm. anyway, i could see Danial tomorrow and Leo and LiZhong too! =) starting work at 5pm tomorrow so i won't be that tired.

i got to type my appeal letter to Nanyang JC principal. i really hope i will get accepted by any of the Junior College i appeal to. i seriously want to go JC now. i think it is best for me. I'm more of the studying type. anyway, this letter writing is killing me. it's like taking another O level again!!
ok i got to get busy now.. and get back to my letter! =)

woke up damn early for work!! i was very sleepy. my work starts at 11am!! so you can guess i have to wake up what time right?? around 8. yet, i lie on bed till 9! in the end i rush to work!

worse is today i'm under a fierce indian guy captain. he's crazy. he always shouts. other than that, he only gave us 15min for lunch!! WHAT the HECKK!! so ya... i'm busy the whole day. met my Catholic High School friend-Leo and Li Zhong!! anyway, they are 8 pointer.. and guess what, they're average in their school. furthermore, they're not in the best class. so can you imagine in the best class are mostly 6 pointer??

i wanted to leave in the evening but i can't. this indian guy captain just shout at me. anyway, this ugy captain left at night and another captain take over. this captain is good because he doesn't scolds or shouts unless you really pissed him off. but it is because of this that he doesn't have the power to lead. he just like heck care everything and does his job slowly without being neat and in those high class hotel standard!

left only at 11.30.. i've to rush for the last train! manage to board it. got to rest early!! starting work at 11 again tomorrow!

nothing much there.
the school uniform so dull also.

anyway, i would just continue with my PPP 8-weeks course.
I'll appeal on the day of the posting results of the JC i want to go.
perhaps, i would appeal NanYang JC, Meridian JC and Tampines JC.
if any did accept me, I'll just drop out of Temasek Poly and join the JC.
good right? at least you're safe with a school.
i hope at least Tampines JC would accept me...

watched Bedtime Stories today.
the show isn't nice at all.
to me, it's not exciting.
perhaps I'm more into action pact, horror or some cartoon. romance show depends..
I'll give this show 3/10!

had my first piano lesson ever since i pause to study for O level.
today was completely theory!!
i forgotten everything..
I've to re-cap and start to memorise all those music stuff!!
i rather study science or math than music!!

going to work tomorrow morning!
but sadly Danial not working and my other friends i guess don't work in the morning.
got to survive myself again.

getting o level results today. I'm not nervous or feel anything. a little excited only. before going to school i was mapling... hahas =) i reached school on time!! while almost the WHOLE school already assemble in the hall!! i was the last few.

ok.. my school, COMPASSVALE SECONDARY improve a lot! comparing to the results last year, there were more passes and more could enter JC. also, more subjects were above the national percentage.

this is my goody good friend-SiYing's result. she took 6 subjects.


we went to Swensen to celebrate that it's over!! =) saw a whole lot of teachers there too. later, Kenneth, Steven, Clement, Brandon, Ken, TengHoi, QiMing, Ben join us. heard that that GENEROUS, KIND, KENNETH treat them Swensen!! the total bill was $132 and KENNETH paid $100! POOR KENNETH!! it must have burn a hole in his pocket!

walked around CompassPoint after that. SiYing saw her Basketball friend. she was like soo shy.. her boyfriend?? hehe =)

ate at IKEA after that to celebrate my 'good' result with parents. well.. i said 'good' because i aim L1R5 to be 10 but i got 12 instead. anyway, i requested to eat there.. i just feel like eating the hotdog bun there. since i was quite full after the meal at Swensen a hotdog bun would be fine! =)

among all David, HowCher and I, i did the best!! =) and my primary school goody friend Rachel, she had sent her JAE form!! she sent it around 7!! so fast man! for me, i planned to cancel my DPA and try for JC. hope it is possible though. here's a little sad thing.. my work friend Danial?? he scored 29.. =( don't know how to counsel or comfort him.. I'm bad at it..

other thing is.. i claim my Edusave Scholarship today. it is $300. =) i would urge those people who always go for the event, to just skip it or miss the event and just come up with an excuse to claim back the cheque. like say family gathering? or you're sick? go collect it directly instead. because there's no queues, no need to waste time like going to the event to collect your Edusave Scholarship money.

ok.. don't want to waste time here. i want to go maple. hahas =) ya maple! you didn't see wrongly! I'm level 50 already. =)

suppose to go IKEA today.
but change of plans.
went to Tampines Mall AGAIN!! after my brother's guitar lesson.
bought my makeup foundation because my skin tone is different from mum's.
only now, i get my own foundation.
all along, ever since i work, I've been using mum's.
ate cafe cartel for dinner then went home..

i guess I'm more worried about what shoes to wear than worrying about my o level result I'm getting tomorrow.
i could wear my mum's sport shoes but it seems weird when i wear it with school uniform.
i could wear my old school shoes, but i had doodled on it and it's ugly now..
perhaps.. plaster my toes and wear slippers tomorrow??
hahas =) that's the last resort.
but i guess i wont be doing it.. unless really.. i dare to.
so ya.. lets see about it tomorrow! =)

played maple then went to collect pay.

we're suppose to get our pay on 10 or 11.
but.. when I'm there, i saw my friend and he told me we couldn't collect today.
we've to collect on Mon or Tue because we can't collect money on weekends.
i was like WHAT THE HELLL..
how can there be such thing?
anyway i want to get another job or perhaps stop working after school reopen,
or maybe work on weekends if I'm very free.

today that mad female captain is in charge of grand ballroom!
luckily i wasn't posted there.
i was posted to magvanda the in charge was 2 guy captain they are well good..

went to Grand Hyatt to work in the evening.
this time i did setting at Grand Ballroom.
there's only one dinner today.
tomorrow, there's 4 dinner!!
worse is that, even setting, i could do something wrong.
guess what? i broke a white plate.
also, when everything was almost done,
and the last thing to do was to place the vinegar on the lazy susan,
i SPILLED the VINEGAR on the table!!
I've to change the full-length and table cloth and reset the settings again!!
how clumsy can i be!?

work alone today, so went home alone too!
Tony said he had helped me to level up twice when i was away at work!
so good man!! so it means I'm level 48??
such a kind hearted soul. hahas =)
hope there would be more in the world!

PPP

THURSDAY POST (8/1)

went to Temasek Polytechnic for my Polytechnic Preparatory Programme(PPP) Orientation. we have to choose one of the 3 subjects which are known as Cross-Disciplinary Subjects(CDS). i guess it's just temporary subjects that we are learning during the 8-weeks of PPP. they offer us Public Speaking, Creative Writing or Japanese. Obviously, i chose Japanese. i don't like creative writing and i feel that i have had enough in primary and secondary education!! i don't like it anyway. while public speaking was well.. fine with me.

after the orientation, those in-charge of PPP students came to gave us a tour around TP. made new friend-Joslyn there who is going to the same course as me.

meet up with David and his friend-YapYue. weird name isn't it?? ate lunch at TP. the western food they gave was a large portion!! it cost $3. those TP students said the best food at Design Faculty is Western food and Muslim food. also, the air-conditioned canteen is at Applied Science block.

saw Michelle, JiaZheng, Edward, XuanLe, Zahidah.. did i miss out any? oh ya Michelle rebonded her hair. it was then i knew! hahas! it proves how long we didn't meet up. anyway, i didn't meet up any of my classmates ever since prom night except SiYing.

went to YapYue's empty house opposite TP. it is really empty. no furniture. completely nothing. it is his old house. his parents didn't sell it. nice mansionate it will be if the house was properly furnished!

went to walk and then to TM with David and YapYue. I'm quite bored with TM. since young when i was in primary school, i had been going to TM!! I've grown bored of it.

at night went to my deceased greatgrandma birthday dinner. it was her first birthday after she had left us from this world. anyway, though the food was like hotel style. it doesn't taste like hotel food!! Grand Hyatt food is still much better!

tomorrow there's work at Hyatt! =)

last day at grandma's

last day at grandma's. just the same routine. morning breakfast. then maple. bought lunch with grandma. back home again. fetch little cousin back from school. came home and another cousin just came home from her primary school and start her Tamil lesson. after Tamil lesson she went for Chinese tuition. i guess primary school kids could not be let off from tuition too!! i wonder how many things are they learning.. cramp up in their little brain.

had my dinner at 5 plus!! my grandma was like shooing me to go home!! she said 7pm is so late and dangerous. i guess her 7pm is equivalent to my midnight... i was like pissed off... i wasn't or you could say NEVER pissed off by her till then. she was literally trying to get rid of me out of her house to go home!! but anyway, i did have a great time there. i get any food i want and i could maple and watch videos.. like a paradise! but well.. all joy will end soon. the day the O level result will be out is on 12January, this coming Monday at 2pm. I'm quite worried and scared already. just a few more days to really play hard and it will all be over soon...

have to go Temasek Polytechnic tomorrow morning for the Polytechnic Preparatory Programme Orientation... troublesome... and i seriously have a tinge of regret because of going to polytechnic.. =( anyway, what's done is done.. but i really felt that i'd act in haste by accepting to polytechnic so fast. ok.. have to sleep already. got to wake up early!!

grandma's house

as usual, i have to wake up early in the morning to eat breakfast. if you want to join us for breakfast, you'll have to wake up by 7.30am! as our breakfast starts at 8am! anyway, i awoke earlier than that. there were mosquitoes stinging me and it prevented me from sleeping! i couldn't take it and i even feel like going home. yet, there was a thing that changed my mind. my uncle downloaded maple in his computer!! i could maple for like unlimited hours! =) i only have to stop when he is back from work.

after breakfast, accompany my grandma to the wet market. it was a nostalgia. it made me remind of myself when i was young... the sights the sounds and old aunts and uncles and even the stench of fresh fish.

then, accompanied my grandma to bring my little cousin home. back from my old kindergarten!! i studied at Clementi Woods. it's a christian school. now, my cousin studies there too. the kindergarten had changed a lot! it has completely renovated. cool environment too! my cousin did not cry when he's schooling. anyway, he was too naughty and a bully to cry!

help my grandma do some decoration on her wall for Chinese New Year. from a plain white wall, i had made a tree out from it. the 'paper' was bought form IKEA. I'm satisfied with what I've done!

mapled. now level 43 already. watching a drama "fringe" as i type this post. it's a nice show. very interesting and captivating. should watch! =) really. first episode and the first few minutes could already catch your attention and make you want to watch the show.

may maple again at night if i could. ok i got to go to watch my show! =)

began my overnight stay at Grandma's

yesterday, i called the GRC to ask if i could get my edusave cheque. guess what?? i was lucky enough and they told me i could go to collect on 12 January!! =) i was overjoyed! the reason i gave was family gathering. hahas.

help my dad wipe the windows.. it was quite an easy job though. however, do remember that Punggol is also famous for HDB having ceiling to floor windows!! my dad and i cleaned the windows for the coming Chinese New Year. now it is sparkling clean!! i could see miles and miles away through my window. =)

finally, the maple server maintenance is over. i mapled a while then head to grandma house to begin my overnight stay..

my grandma cooked many food for me. mutton curry, fish, vegetables, and some mixed egg-tofu with minced meat. it's delicious!!

watched TV and slept soon after..

i would say 2009 is a bad year for me

yesterday when I'm having dinner with my family, my dad brought up the issue of my edusave scholarship award. it is then i remember!! and you know what! I MISS THE EVENT!! my $300 GONE!! i called up the GRC immediately and they ask me to call today to talk to the person who keeps the cheque. also, I'm required to have a valid reason as to why i was absent from the event... I've to fabricate a story!! for the truth is i overslept and i forgot about the date! perhaps I've to say that I'd a family gathering which is very important... and the important issue is... (i don't know yet)

and worse.. i got a fever yesterday.. 38 degree Celsius.. my normal temperature is 36.5. i slept in the late evening and woke up at night. got a hard time sleeping after that.

anyway, I'm suppose to be mapling now. but guess what? there is server maintenance. got damn it. i can't maple. that's why I'm blogging.. going to my grandma-婆婆 house alone later. because my brother had begun schooling. staying overnight till perhaps tomorrow or Wednesday? i hope my uncle could re-install maple. then muahahahaha i could maple almost the whole day!! better than at home right?? where i have time limit. but but.. if he didn't install maple then i would have nothing to do except to read my storybook or to watch TV and there isn't SCV there...

hmm... actually i feel that 2009 is a bad year for me. first few days of the year my home is having a stormy weather(parents unhappy). then i forgot my edusave event. which is like $300 GONE!! i hope i could get it back! then I've a fever. moreover, when i work, i don't think there is ever a day where i didn't make any mistakes at all. i would either spill drinks or even spill on a guests or drop something on the floor or worse got caught by captain doing something wrong... i hope that my results won't be that bad though.. as bad as i thought. hoping i could get 10 for L1R5 but i guess i would be dreaming if i could get such a results.. anyway, most probably the results will be out on 12 January.. which is next week Monday. by the way today morning i maple around 3 am like that.
it was then i realised a girl character in my buddy list was actually from CVSS too!!
then the girl character is a guy in real life!
worse is that, this guy had a boyfriend in maple, because he is a girl in maple.
then he "HUNNY" here and there in maple..
hahas. i was laughing like mad when i knew about it!
then this guy plead me to not tell to the guy(which is his hunny) that he was a guy in real life!

ok.. I'm quite worried about my o's results..
have a feeling that i won't do well.
as well as i expected..
in maple, they said the results will be out on 12 January.
i asked Steven then he like don't know.
anyway.. I'm getting nervous each day..
some days have a hard time sleeping too!!
i want to know my results and i don't.
i want to know so i won't worry.
i don't want to know because I'm afraid it will be disastrous!
but well.. i've done my best even though i knew i screw up the first few papers..

i hope this year will be a great year!
but the first few days of the new year isn't what i wanted..

SATURDAY POST (3/1)

brother went for band.

stayed at home then evening went to Hyatt to work. mum cook spaghetti for lunch. =) actually.. its my brunch. spaghetti with Campbell soup as the sauce.

my friend-Danial told me that when he went to book for his working day next week, someone got fired by the captain. that guy was 5 mins late for the booking for work next week. the captain said "you're a foreigner right? since you're late, you do not need to report for work anymore." Danial said everyone was shocked.

anyway, went to work. today was well.. ok. though i did drop a stack of empty bowl on a guest. luckily the captain was not there. come to think of it, i guess for all the dinners i've work.. i've never did any dinner without making any mistakes. perhaps.. i'm just that clumsy. =)

Danial work at another dinner today. he said another guy was fired again. that guy was late with his friend. but his friend didn't got fired but that guy was fired. despite his friend being so 'idiot', his friend was not fired.i said idiot because his friend always got caught by captain, as his hair was not acceptable and always late for work.. perhaps.. one day.. sooner or later he'll be gone too!

i guess i'm finding another job. but i want to tutor people. any recommendations??

anyway,.. i got a bad dream. nightmare. i dreamt that i didnt study for o lvl. worse is in my dream, first paper was Social Studies. i saw SiYing and she was so calm. unlike her usual self in real life. (at that time i didn't think of her in real life) then, it seems like i'm the only one who didn't study! everyone knew SS was on that day. yet, i didn't know. funny thing is, to enter the examination place, we have to slide down a water slide. all of us just slide down. we could feel the water. yet, we are not wet. the slide was long and winding wuite a few rounds. SiYing was not scared! she told me "just slide luh!!" when i slide, she was gone. (well.. she just did not apppear in my dream after that) after landing, i saw Dominic Koh he was like so happy i didn't study. then i saw Clement, Steven, they all seemed so ready too and did not carry any notes or textbook with them!! i saw Esther with textbook. i snatch it from her and tried to squeeze all information into my mind. but my efforts were futile... i panic! my heart beat very fast... then.., i woke up. i was so relief it was a dream!! although it is so fake.. like sliding down the water slide. but in my dream i was really scared when i know about o lvl SS paper yet i didn't study..

you may be laughing at my dream!! and stop laughing now if you did!!! ok yea.. funny right? i guess i'm too tense up about the results. hope i really do score well.. if not i really don't know what i'll do...

just stayed at home read books, teach my brother a-math and whatever you can think of, till evening.

went to 大伯 house to eat dinner at the coffee shop there. today's my grandma-奶奶 brithday.

after dinner went to walk around. finally i bought my favourite cereal again!! it's blueberry morning. i love that cereal! i always ate it with cold milk. =)

parents have adult talk again... my brother and i went into the room where my cousin was. one was dong project while the other do nothing.. one was rushing to complete project because he's in poly now and in business course. it seems easy to me. because i've learn all those before like 1st quartile 2nd quartile and 3rd quartile. the frequency and all those. but there're some complicated formula that looks sooo.. well, complicated.. haha=) anyway, i wouldn't go into business course. i don't like it.

cut cake for grandma.. we sang the birthday song like some dead song. it was monotonous and really just dead.

WEDNESDAY POST (31/12) Last Day Of The Year!!

just right after midnight, our family celebrated brother's birthday by singing a birthday song and cutting a cake for him. it was a nice chocolate cake! i don't know where was it bought.

when my dad fetch my mum back from work, we prepared for our fishing trip. back to Punggol End to fish.

brother fed 'food' to the ants. prawns, chocolate, banana skin, chicken ring, ice-cream stick.

in the end, we didn't catch anything. but it was still fun though. spent time together as a family. i guess next year we would hardly have much time together.

evening, i left to meet my friend. while my parents and my brother went to my grandma-婆婆 house. i guess my grandma would have cook many great food for my brother! also, I'm quite upset and i really feel very guilty. i haven't been to grandma house to stay overnight for this whole year!! for every year since young, i would have stayed overnight at my grandma house. i guess she must have felt very sad and may think i have neglected her or i don't know what.. may even think i don't love her anymore?? but among everyone.. i love her the most. even more than my parents i would say. maybe i should stay overnight soon. before i go back to school. before i got my results.

went to ice skate near the indoor stadium with my friend. after that, watched 'Yes Man'. 'Yes Man' is indeed a very funny show. and the moral behind the story is say yes only when you feel like it and not say it because you are forced or you just want to say. well, if you like comedy you should watch. there's also romance in the show. also, it's really hilarious at some parts!

my friend and i are fortunate enough to catch the last bus heading to the Mrt!! and we were also lucky enough to catch the fireworks on time!! to me, i feel that Singapore's firework aren't great enough compared to i guess America or Norway? Singapore firework will stop here and there and it doesn't put off continuously. only at the end, the fireworks kept shooting up in the air and it's really fabulous!

went home after the show. there were many people!! it's super crowded. furthermore, i feel that it's more of foreigners new year.. so many Bangladesh or Indians and china workers... it's freaking scary to see so many of them! worse, its in the dark. anyway, got home and maple again! hahas =) I'm really addicted to it again!
