Inception - dont think of Chloe. what are you thinking now?

this week is a relaxing week!!! during AC training, we prepared a surprise for SiewTing. really a shock for her too! after training, we celebrate her bday. with a few ppl, we tied her up just like kidnapping her, sang bday song, pour ICE water on her then stuff ice into her shirt!!! for the Finale, around 5 people hold her down while Andy smash chocolate cake on her face!!! that was EWWWW!! i was like 袖手旁观 and laugh non stop! fortunately my bday is during the semester holiday. so a high high chance i wouldn't get tortured! anw, i didn't had such 'torturing' bday before also. no one smash cake or did anything to me yet. i hope the day wouldn't come.

AirCargo project presentation was over on monday and the project is over yesterday. my group had also completed AirportAdmin ppt!! this group is the best ever. with JingShen, SiQi and Syafiqah. JS and SQ did things very efficiently. with me, everything of course went well. hahah!! sad thing is i have to study for my FOM exam which is this coming Tuesday. :( i just don't have the mood for studying and i'm feeling the fear as the day gets nearer.

my 婆婆 was discharged from hospital yesterday. she went for knee operation on Monday but i only visited her on Wednesday. =/ hopefully she is doing better. feel guilty that i didn't visit her that often. maybe this holiday i'll go down more.

Met Hector and TingWei for lunch at Astons before watching Inception. :) damn mind boggling!! its definitely not for the simple minded people! =/ i like the story plot. the complexity of it makes it a wonder. i still don't exactly understand what they are talking about. all of us should question the producer instead. they should have an interview with the producer instead of each of us speculating what is the story. perhaps the producer is the smart one. planting an idea into our mind! after the movie, we walked from somerset to orchard. shop and look at guys clothings. i think guy's stuff are getting cheaper. after all the walks, we went home! :) skipped dinner. too full to stuff anything down.

had JetQuay training. recieved this training text on Friday =/ suppose to flykite but due to my training it was cancelled. as usual, when we didn't fly our kites the weather is fantastic for kite flying! WHY IS IT ALWAYS LIKE THAT!!! :( oh well, we're down on luck i guess. btw i was late for JetQuay training. supposed to meet at 1330 but i thought it was 1400. luckily i wasnt very late. oh and i didnt know that trainings are paid too! $7/hr so today i earned $35!! worked from 1400-1900. quite enjoyable. we went to the airside and even to the baggage handling system and tarmac area! i treated it as an excursion. when the supervisor and seniors are teaching us, my brain was shut. wasn't in the mood to listen at all. i'm quite tired.. i guess its due to the new bed. i'm not used to it and i didnt had a good rest. before leaving work, went to bought chocolates at the airside. bought a bar of dark chocolate!! real dark. it was bitter. =/ i prefer the Hershey's dark chocolate but this time i bought another brand to try. hmm.. but it taste nice though it was real real bitter. met Hector at airport. he was sending his brother off with his family. Hector and i then company HongKiat to eat at Macdonald while he wait for his girlfriend. after that, Home Sweet Home!!! but got to rush my AirCargo presentation speech for tmr!!! :(

i did this too! bought the stickers from IKEA. pasted them on one of the wall in my room. wanted to paste on the yellow side of the wall because yellow and black had nicer contrast but i guess the yellow paint was oil base and the sticker kept falling off :(

here's a short story. Hector told me this and i found it hilarious! =]

A few days after Christmas, A mother was working in the kitchen listening to her son playing with his new electric train set in the living room. She heard the train stop and her son yell "All you sons of bitches who want to get off, get the hell off now, because this is the last stop! All of you sons of bitches that are getting on, get your asses in the train cause were leaving". The mother went in and told her son, "we don't use that kind of language in this house." Now I want you to go into your room for two hours. When you come out, you can play with your train, but I don't want to hear any bad language.


Two hours later, the son comes out of his room and continues playing with his train. Soon the train stopped and the mother heard the son say, "All passengers who are disembarking the train, please remember to take all of your belongings with you. We thank you for riding with us today and hope your ride was a pleasant one. We hope you will ride with us again soon. For those of you who are just boarding the train, we ask that you stow all of your hand luggage under the seat, remember there is no smoking except on the club car. We hope you have a pleasant and relaxing journey with us today".

what is love? - short story

A student asks a teacher, “What is love?”


The teacher said, “in order to answer your question, go to the wheat field and choose the biggest wheat and come back.


But the rule is: you can go through them only once and cannot turn back to pick.”


The student went to the field, go thru first row, he saw one big wheat, but he wonders….may be there is a bigger one later.


Then he saw another bigger one… But may be there is an even bigger one waiting for him.


Later, when he finished more than half of the wheat field, he start to realize that the wheat is not as big as the previous one he saw, he know he has missed the biggest one, and he regretted.


So, he ended up went back to the teacher with empty hand.


The teacher told him, “…this is love… You keep looking for a better one, but when later you realize, you have already miss the person….”




“What is marriage then?” the student asked.


The teacher said, “in order to answer your question, go to the corn field and choose the biggest corn and come back. But the rule is: you can go through them only once and cannot turn back to pick.”


The student went to the corn field, this time he is careful not to repeat the previous mistake, when he reach the middle of the field, he has picked one medium corn that he feel satisfy, and come back to the teacher..


The teacher told him, “This time you bring back a corn…. You look for one that is just nice, and you have faith and believe this is the best one you get…. This is marriage.”*

Samsung Human Torch!!

yesterday.

submitted Airfield Project and Airline Assignment!!! felt so relieved and relaxed. it's like a 'gaming/party' day!! at least 2 down. though AirCargo project presentation is on Monday but my group is already more or less done with it. left some touch up to do. went for Samsung Human Torch event at Clarke Quay in the evening with AC. it is to celebrate the light up of youth olympic torch at Greece. i guess the torch will only come about a week later to Singapore. at first it was quite boring and the field was muddy. my white shoe became brown =( anyway when the event started at 2010(8.10pm) the fun began =) had performance and the dance was fantastic!! stayed till most of the participants had dispersed. Dominic and i then walked around Clarke Quay and went home. the rest of my friends went to eat but i've got no appetite. no point staying too cuz in the end when we go home we'll go separate ways - poly friends stay everywhere. =/

cant wait for my new bed to arrive tmr. new fridge. new washing machine. and my parents, bro will get their new bed too!!! =]

exhausted

yesterday.

finally went to school early after 2 weeks of being late for school on wednesday. =/ got to drag myself out of bed to reach school on time.. 8am =( every wednesday i'm having severe fatigue illness. one after another lecture, my eyes is unable to stay wide open. with the droning of lecturer voices, the monotonous sound seems like a lullaby for me to sleep. but with the words of the lecturer "i'll end here today" i spring back to life. then came lunch, and MacDonald here i come!! Adzfar drove the van and fetch my friends and i to MacDonald opposite school. ahahha! what a great experience. we took such a long time to start up the van because somehow the van was quite old and the key was stuck? i dont know why its so hard to start the engines. eventually when we start the engine, the gear was so hard to change!! btw its manual not auto. worse is that i'm sitting in front. i fasten my seatbelts quickly to ensure my safety!! luckily i'm not sitting behind, its like an oven at the back of the van.

first time buying Toto too! =) was afraid that they'll suspect i'm not 18 but i was wearing formal for presentation so i guess the suspicion went down. while eating Mac, i laughed till i hit my head. =/ pain! but my friend laugh. cuz we were talking then suddenly "bang" my friends were like *what happen?* then i said *ouch, rub my head* and they burst into laughter!!" what friends i have!!!

anyway, FOM group project is officially over! the teacher told everyone "good effort". whats the point of telling us that when thats the only phrase he knows. its retarded.

jogged around bedok reservoir with Nich.B again. chocolates really helps. provides the sugar rush. manage to jog one round in about 25 minutes!! didnt know i can jog that fast! didnt went for AC meeting. got to head home and rush my projects.

P.S on my way home a lady told me there's a bug on my hair. i panicked. she should just remove it then tell me.

so busy... spare me time!

i'm very tired.. apparently yesterday night's sleep wasn't enough. =( guess i got to turn in early tonight.

uploaded yesterday's kite flying photos. saw those pictures. i like how the lights make the night so beautiful. first time went to barrage too. everything looks so awesome and different at night. i wonder when i'm able to spend a whole night out and return in the morning.

gonna buy friday's Toto. hopefully i'll win that lottery. first time buying. though the chance is slim. i'll just try..

saw my daily planner and realised my August holiday is pack. still wanted to hang out with my friends more often. i guess it's over.. AC and YOG took up nearly more than half of that August holiday. =( saw my semester exam timetable today too. double sadness. it is spread over two weeks due to Hari Raya Puasa/Haji whatever it is.

I WANT MY LIFE DURING HOLIDAY!!!!!!!!!!!! =(

flying kites under the rain

went to fly kite with Hector and TingWei!! this time we flew at Marina Barrage. 3rd time flyingkite with them. each time, the weather condition gets worse. =/ first time we flew near SengKang CC after rain with a little sun. second time was near Tampines Mall. cloudy with some drizzle. this time at Marina Barrage was with rain!! despite the rain, we still flew our kite. it's like 'die die must fly' mentality. if not it would be a wasted trip! we had a picnic too! TingWei and i seriously didn't expect Hector to make sandwiches.  previously i merely said Hector make sandwiches, TingWei bring drinks and i bring groundmat for the next kite flying outing. we were surprise he really made it. it was tuna and cheese. tasty and definitely edible! flew till evening and we took shuttle bus out. decided to take a look at Marina Bay Sands so we walked pass there then all of us headed home.

looking forward to the next kite flying outing. i wonder how long will this kite flying thingy last. a few more times? or a few more years. i hope it will last long. i like to fly kite with them.

everything didn't went to plan

supposed to do CDS presentation rehearsal but was cancelled. one of our group members have to go to the hospital for some family matters. then, supposed to fly kite too!! but was raining till early noon. we didnt want to get our feet muddy and wet so outing was cancelled =( wanted to head out to watch Inception. TingWei was lazy to go out. i wanna save money too!! spend on movie and 20bucks on a meal yesterday.. quite broke now =( stayed at home to do the last assignment - Airline Operations for this semester. =/ only half done. watched Mentalist, played maple and tried out the new game Airport Maniac. airport maniac is fun! just that it isn't a online game if not perhaps i may get addicted to it!

look at the bracelet below. I'm gonna order it online. =/ first time officially ordering and paying stuffs online. oh but well the ordering and paying is done by NichBoey. wonder if the quality is as good as it seems. hopefully it is! can't wait to see the bracelet. but it will take nearly 2 weeks plus for the bracelet to come!

ToyStory3 makes me think about my toys

havent been updating for quite awhile. been tooo busy!!! projects and assignments deadlines are round the corner. =( with Adventure Club, its worse. not much time. i dislike when training ends so late. time wasted =/ worse is that AC doesnt end at fix timing =( but oh well... what to do? join already then gotta commit. at least i got a few crazy subcoms that are fun to be with!

did a skit today for CDS presentation. just for creativity marks =/ havent done roleplay for years!! anyway i suck at it. watched ToyStory3 with Chiltern and JinRong. i like a scene in particular when andy gave them away to this lil girl thats so so so touching... quite emotional. =/ i would say toystory2 is much more heartwarming than Despicable Me!!

having CDS meetings for a few saturdays already. tomorrow will be the last meeting on saturday for CDS project. recently, i've been looking forward to saturdays not because projects but cuz i'm flying kite with Hector and TingWei. we have our new found pet!! Shark, Sotong and AngelFish. no idea why i like to fly kite with them. perhaps i feel happy and less stressed up when i'm flying kite? who knows.. cuz even i myself not sure about it.

hmmmmmm i wanna watch Inception!! anyone wanna watch?
